Our practice area in the area of corporate restructuring, insolvency and liquidation covers all specific issues, including, inter alia, opening of the insolvency proceeding at request of creditor or of debtor, assisting and advising debtors, debtors’ shareholders or secured and/or unsecured creditors on recovery or realisation of their rights in insolvency, assisting and advising debtors or debtors’ shareholders/directors or other stakeholders in financial restructuring, receivership, schemes of arrangement, preventive concordat or out-of-court arrangements for debt restructuring.

Our team includes both insolvency practitioners and litigation lawyers with strong technical insolvency knowledge and broad experience of advising and acting on complex cases, for which reason the department’s managers have been and are regularly appointed as receivers or liquidators by well reputed financial institutions.

We are currently offering legal assistance and consulting services on insolvency matters for several major real estate projects/investments with an aggregated value of claims of more than Euro 300,000,000.
