We provide consulting in international law, as regards regulations governing the relations with EU Member States as well as international regulations regarding relations with non-EU Member States, and the regulations concerning international judiciary cooperation in civil and commercial matters.

Our lawyers specialising in international law represent clients in private international law disputes, cross-border disputes, petitions filed with the ECHR regarding breach of rights protected by the Convention or its Protocols, as well as in filing petitions for interpretation of EU (genuine and/or derived) law or validity of the acts adopted by the EU institutions (derived law) based on preliminary decisions issued at the request of domestic courts, filing direct actions on behalf of individuals, enterprises or organizations against decision or actions of the European Union before the European Union Court of Justice.
