Firon Bar-Nir assisted Michlol Growth Ltd., a reputed Israeli financial institution, in the granting of a 12 million Euro credit facility for investment and refinancing purposes to a Romanian company holding a commercial platform.
“We proudly represented our client in a rather complicated international transaction that involved refinancing of a credit facility granted to the borrower by a bank located in a EU State. Our focus was assisting our client with its first financing transaction on the Romanian market by bridging between the Israeli common law system under which the client operates and the Romanian civil law system” said Ioana Mardare, partner of Firon Bar-Nir.
