Sabrina is a member of the Real Estate & Construction department, with extensive legal experience in real estate and corporate M&A, she combines corporate law skills, offering multidisciplinary strategies and solution in relation to a broad spectrum of property matters for both Romanian and foreign investors.

Sabrina has been involved in major residential, retail and office development projects, thus acquiring significant experience in matters involving structuring of complex transactions. She assists and advises on all legal aspects of development projects, through all construction phases, from due diligence, site acquisition, obtaining authorizations, construction, compliance, sales, and leases. She is an advisor on a full range of on-going commercial and corporate matters.

Due to the fast-developing and unpredictable world of IT, where the growth of technology and the needs of IT companies often outpace the laws and practices that regulate them, Sabrina assisted crowdfunding platform developers, marketing & SEO agencies, web developers and web designers in their day-to-day needs.
