Ron Bar-Nir is the founder of Bar-Nir & Co. Advocates, established in 1982, and a senior managing partner in Firon Bar-Nir.
Ron specializes primarily in International Real Estate Transactions, M&A Transactions, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Venture Capital Markets and Investments, but also in Commercial Law, Contracts, Corporate Law, Insurance Law, Land Use, Privatizations, Trusts & Estates and more.
