Jacob Sarov

A partner in Firon Bar-Nir, he oversees the firm’s activities in Europe, specifically for the activities and operations in the Bulgarian and Romanian offices and clients’ investments and businesses in the region.

Jacob specializes in Real Estate, International Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and Private Equity & Venture Capital Investments. As an experienced corporate lawyer, Jacob also guides clients on complex corporate and commercial matters, including internal structuring, commercial transactions, consulting arrangements, land acquisitions and sales, development, and construction.

He is additionally the firm’s representative in Interlaw – an international association of independent, quality-monitored, Commercial Law firms located in some 120 cities worldwide.

In addition, M. Firon & Co. launched a new international partnership with the French leading law firm UGGC. The partnership, FIRON-UGGC, providing international legal services and cross-border solutions to our clients in Israel, France, Morocco, and West Africa (Ghana and the Ivory Coast). Jacob is co-leading the firm’s partnership operation in all the relevant branches.

Mr. Sarov is a member of the management of the “Ring of Life,” a public benefit company that aims to train the population at large, and particularly the disadvantaged, under-privileged population, in various martial arts and self-defense.
