Itzhak Narkiss

A senior managing partner in Firon Bar-Nir, as well as a senior partner in M. Firon & Co., he provides comprehensive legal services for clients investing in various projects abroad, in rapidly developing places such as Romania, Serbia and Poland. Itzhak oversees the firm’s activities in Europe, specifically for the activities and operation of the firm’s offices in Bucharest, and the investments and business of the firm’s clients in Romania.

His main field of practice and expertise is Real Estate, in which he provides legal counsel in all aspects thereof including, tax issues, project finance and planning and building law. In recent years he has been involved in some of the most substantial real estate transactions in Israel as well as in Romania and other markets in the region, spanning both the residential and commercial fields.
