Ioana Mardare

A partner in Firon Bar-Nir and the head of the Corporate and Commercial Department, her experience comprises providing legal counsel to major domestic and international companies regarding a broad range of corporate and commercial matters for the past 20 years.

She has broad experience in the negotiation of business transactions, including joint ventures, project financing, restructuring of companies’ shareholding, shareholders agreements, acquisitions, and sales of properties. Ioana advised leading banks in complex finance transactions. In addition, she has advised clients in the infrastructure and energy sectors on public procurement projects, assisting in the pre-assessment stage, application to tenders and their implementation.

Ioana advises on all legal aspects pertaining to the projects’ development, through all construction phases from due diligence, site acquisition, obtaining authorizations, construction, compliance, sales and leases. Her portfolio includes expertise on a full range of on-going commercial and corporate matters.

Moreover, she provides legal services in labor law, covering all aspects of employment issues, such as disciplinary dismissals, individual and collective labor agreements.
