Diana Șchiopu

Diana is a partner in Firon Bar-Nir and a member of both the Real Estate and Construction and Corporate and Commercial Departments, Diana has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate and commercial law.

She advises various Romanian and Foreign investors in complex real estate and commercial transactions, assisting in the drafting, negotiation and implementation of agreements relating to land acquisition, authorization, construction, compliance with building laws and regulations, sales, and lease.

Diana specializes in residential projects, and thus has played a crucial role in the development of multiple residential projects in Bucharest and throughout Romania. Within our practice, Diana has provided legal assistance for large real estate developers in connection with the purchase of numerous properties including land, office and residential buildings, shopping malls and commercial centers with an aggregate value of more than 30,000,000 Euro and in the later sale of thousands of housing units. Diana also advises clients on all on-going corporate and commercial issues of their activity.

Given her extensive experience in the development and sale of residential projects, she is leading the team providing the required opinion to several banks during the process of granting mortgage loans to buyers of apartments.
