The advisor to high-profile domestic and international developers, contractors, and consultants in numerous transactions, she supports her clients on projects involving commercial centers, hotel developments, offices, residential projects, and power plants and on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, as well as legal matters relating to zoning & planning, permitting and construction.

Being part of the journey every step of the way, Ana has advised clients in negotiations with the local authorities regarding planning, zoning, and environmental issues. She has also been highly instrumental in the preparation and administration of tenders, contract drafting, and negotiation and continued to support and advise clients in the execution and operation phases. She also advises clients on public-private partnerships, regulatory matters relating to planning and construction, licensing, operational and compliance matters for large operators within the hotel industry, including tourism classification and fire safety.

Ana has also advised on and managed multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions in the region (Cyprus, Croatia, Greece) in various industries.
