Cosmin is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, attending the Doctoral School of Law at the University of West Timisoara.

Cosmin is a litigator known for his dedicated, pragmatic and integrative approach to cases.

Cosmin’s extensive professional experience allows him to handle complex litigation, with multi-disciplinary implications, with a focus on administrative litigation, fundamental rights and freedoms, labour disputes and disputes between professionals.

Cosmin is the author of abundant articles on legal topics and he became a regular guest at professional debates.
