Earlier this summer, Firon Bar-Nir assists Brown Hotels in the sale of 25% shares of 5 hotels in Greece, in favor of Israir, a company managed by Uri Sirkis. The transaction is part of Israir expansion of its portfolio and partnership with Brown Hotels, aiming at increasing the numbers of hotels managed in Greece from 13 to 20 by the end of 2023.

The deal completed for 14.5 million euros, including the operational management of the 5 hotels acquired, and was managed by Ron Bar-Nir, Managing Partner with Firon Bar-Nir.

“This was a complex transaction, part of a bigger plan of Brown Hotels to partner with the Israeli operator Israir in managing and developing a hotel chain in Greece, and we are happy to have contributed to its speedy closing”, said Ron Bar-Nir.
