On the 30^th of June, Cosmin Șovar, Senior Associate with Firon Bar-Nir, is delivering a presentation at the International Conference of PhD Students in Law, organized by the Faculty of Law of the West University of Timișoara.

The theme for Cosmin’s presentation will tackle American Law perspective on good faith concept applicable to contractual law.

A member of both the Litigation and Arbitration Department and the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Department, Cosmin represents domestic and international clients, including companies, banks, governmental and municipal authorities, as well as individuals. He handles civil, administrative, and commercial disputes, including in the area of bankruptcy and restructuring, while also offering precious insights and consultancy in regard to the strategy and measures needed for debt collection.
