On the 9^th of March 2023, Cătălin Cotorogea, Managing Partner at Firon Bar-Nir will take part in the debate concerning the new draft regulation on the digitalization of attorneys’ activities & documents in Romania.

The draft law aims at preparing the law professionals for the digitalization strategies of the justice system, supported at both the EU and the national level. Attorneys in particular should be able to stay relevant in the process of accelerated technologization worldwide. The main objectives of the draft law coincide with the National Bar Association objectives on the matter.
