A member of both the Litigation and Arbitration Department and the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Department, he has joined our team back in 2017.

He represents domestic and international profile clients, including companies, banks, governmental and municipal authorities, as well as individuals. He handles civil, administrative, and commercial disputes, including in the area of bankruptcy and restructuring, while also offering precious insights and consultancy in regard to the strategy and measures needed for debt collection. He also assists clients in foreclosure procedures, all throughout the process.
