Ramona Bîrlog

Ramona is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department at Firon Bar-Nir, with over 15 years of experience as a litigator. She represents foreign investors and local commercial enterprises in the real estate sector, European Funds, governmental authorities on dispute resolution matters and handles complex disputes and claims with respect to civil, commercial, and administrative matters.

Ramona has comprehensive knowledge in the field of copyright law and related rights, her practice also extending to regulatory activity, while also drafting regulations for local public services and public procurement documentation.

An assistant professor at “Valahia” University of Targoviste, specialized in constitutional and administrative law, she has published several articles on various issues in leading journals in Romania.
