Simona Todea

Simona is a managing associate in Firon Bar-Nir, a member of both the Real Estate and Construction and Corporate and Commercial Departments, former member of both the Litigation Department, as well as of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Department.

Experienced in real estate area, Simona drafts and assists in the negotiation of various agreements, including sale and purchase, lease, service and supply, design and construction and other commercial agreements. Being involved in the development of several residential projects in Bucharest and in the country, she drafted, negotiated, and implemented agreements regarding the purchase, construction, sale, and rental as well as the compliance with the laws and regulations regarding the development of buildings.

Simona is an expert in corporate governance, dealing with strategic business affairs and providing legal advice in everyday business. Her particular expertise involves negotiating and structuring real estate transactions and commercial contracts. Moreover, she is highly experienced in examining legal documents to issue legal opinions for obtaining bank loans, which is a valuable asset to our team.
