Alina, the Romanian managing partner of Firon Bar-Nir, heads the commercial practice departments.

Alina is one of the most prominent and valued real estate attorneys in Romania, with over two decades of experience at the forefront of this field in Romania. As supervisor senior attorney, she has provided legal advice on real estate projects and planning procedures valued at 150 billion of Euros. She is the trusted attorney of top international residential and office building development companies with large-scale real estate activity in Romania and Europe.

To name a few, she advised on acquisitions, structured, and negotiated terms for various mergers and acquisition transactions involving the acquisition, development and sales of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
